Job Summary

Senior Project Manager – Mechanical Construction (Facility Services) Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 per year Benefits:
Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, Life Insurance We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial mechanical construction projects. This role is responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining control of budgets, schedules, customer relationships, procurement, project execution, and overall profitability.

Pay Range

$130k-$150k per year

• Manage multiple mechanical construction projects from planning through closeout.
• Oversee project budgets, forecasting, scheduling, billing, and cost controls.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, procurement, and field teams.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, permits, and project documentation.
• Monitor project performance, profitability, and resource allocation across multiple active projects.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support business development efforts and identify opportunities for additional project work.
• Mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field personnel.

• 8+ years of mechanical construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and related mechanical systems.
• Experience with project budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, contracts, and change management.
• Ability to manage customer relationships while maintaining financial performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
