Our Project Managers are responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of commercial construction projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering or management and at least 4+ years of proven experience in the commercial construction industry (industrial, healthcare, retail, office, senior living, and multi‑family experience preferred).
Responsibilities- Work with project schedules, cost projections, contracts, and project status reports.
- Lead construction progress meetings.
- Oversee design development.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, profit projections, schedules, and bid documents.
- Negotiate and award subcontracts.
- Help conduct jobsite coordination meetings and job status reports.
- Work directly with owners/clients, field teams, subcontractors, and various internal teams for support.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of Microsoft Office and other management tools.
- Communicate proactively and effectively, focus on customers, and display a high level of professionalism, honesty, and integrity.
- Proven ability to manage light industrial projects, including office/warehouse, retail, and strip‑mall type projects.
- Ability to assume responsibility and effectively communicate with superintendents, subcontractors, and owner/clients.
- Minimum of six months of estimating/preconstruction and field experience.
