Concrete Superintendent

Via Sun Corporation is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concrete Superintendent to oversee and manage our construction projects. As a Concrete Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of projects, managing resources, and ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.

• Supervising and leading a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Managing project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and efficient project completion
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment at all times
• Monitoring and inspecting work progress to identify any issues or deviations from plans
• Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any project-related challenges
• Interpreting and implementing project plans, specifications, and blueprints
• Coordinating and scheduling the delivery of materials and equipment to the construction site
• Preparing and submitting progress reports, daily logs, and other project documentation

To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Concrete Superintendent in the construction industry. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential. A solid understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and the ability to interpret project plans are also required.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Concrete Superintendent in the construction industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and safety regulations

• Ability to read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
