Salary Range: $90,000.00 To $ Annually

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our construction projects by accurately assessing project costs and providing comprehensive estimates to clients.

• Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for bids.
• Analyze project requirements and identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Utilize estimating software and tools to prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost breakdowns.
• Prepare and submit bids and proposals to clients within specified deadlines.
• Negotiate pricing with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive bids.
• Track and manage bid results, including follow-up with clients and subcontractors.
• Assist in the development of project budgets and schedules.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction estimating.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with construction estimating software (e.g., B2W, Bluebeam).
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
