As our Associate Supervisor, you will ensure proper planning of site activities and preparation of site readiness. You’ll assist supervisors and superintendents with installation activities, managing and supporting the installation team, verifies the installation deliverables and ensures readiness for customer and maintenance handovers. Lastly, you will assist as the KONE interface to the customer prior to the start of the installation process.
You willbring 5+ years of progressive and successful experience and/or training in the construction industry or leading people (preferred) to KONE. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or a 2-year degree from an approved technical school is preferred. Equivalent work experience in the construction industry accepted in lieu of degree.
Other Listed Duties- Serve as a primary customer contact regarding installation methods, site readiness, and project progress prior to installation.
- Conduct site readiness reviews, audits, and inspections, resolving issues to support successful project execution.
- Support installation planning activities, including logistics, material deliveries, resource allocation, and site coordination.
- Perform safety and quality audits while assisting with corrective actions and compliance with installation standards.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with employees, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to support operational success.
