Are you an experienced Commissioning Manager with a background in large-scale construction projects? We're seeking a proven leader to oversee and execute commissioning activities for complex projects, ensuring critical building systems are installed, tested, and operating as designed.
Additional Profitability & Performance Bonus: Targeting 20% - 50%

What You'll DoAs the Commissioning Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading all commissioning activities from project startup through final turnover.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage the overall commissioning plan and schedule.
- Define and execute testing procedures for all critical building systems.
- Coordinate commissioning efforts with owners, engineers, contractors, equipment vendors, and project stakeholders.
- Lead commissioning meetings and ensure all parties understand testing requirements and sequencing.
- Verify equipment and systems are installed in accordance with:
- Design drawings
- Project specifications
- Applicable codes and industry standards
- Track commissioning progress, resolve issues, and ensure successful project completion and client turnover.
You’ll work closely with:
- Electrical Contractors
- Mechanical Contractors
- Controls/BMS Contractors
- General Contractors
- Equipment Manufacturers
- Owner Representatives
The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who can align multiple trades and stakeholders while maintaining project schedules and commissioning quality standards.
Required QualificationsExperience leading commissioning efforts on large-scale construction projects exceeding 150,000 square feet
Strong understanding of:
- Mechanical and electrical building systems
- Controls and Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Construction project delivery and scheduling
- Commissioning processes, testing procedures, and documentation
Proven ability to coordinate with contractors, engineers, ownership groups, and equipment vendors.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
