Construction Foreman - Commercial & Data Center Construction

Our client is hiring an experienced Construction Foreman to lead field crews on commercial and mission-critical/data center construction projects in Phoenix, Arizona
.

Specializing in data center interior solutions
, our client delivers hot and cold aisle containment, raised access flooring, high-density ceilings, specialty interior systems, maintenance services, and consulting/testing for some of North America's most advanced mission-critical facilities.

This is a direct hire opportunity for a hands-on field leader who enjoys developing crews, maintaining high safety standards, and driving productivity on complex construction projects.

• Lead and supervise field crews to ensure safe, efficient project execution
• Assign daily work activities and communicate project goals
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and daily production
• Support the Superintendent with scheduling and field operations
• Track daily progress, productivity, and material needs
• Conduct toolbox talks and enforce OSHA safety standards
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance
• Assist with punch lists, inspections, and project closeout

• 2+ years of experience as a Foreman, Lead, or Crew Supervisor
• Commercial or industrial construction experience required
• Mission-critical or data center construction experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints, schedules, and construction documents
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of OSHA safety practices

• Direct Hire
• $28.50-$35.00 per hour

Location: Candidates must live within commuting distance of Phoenix, AZ. This is an on-site field leadership position.
