This full-time, on-site Remodeling Crew Member role is based in Phoenix, AZ. The crew member will assist with demolition, framing, drywall, flooring, painting, and general carpentry, following plans and instructions from supervisors. Daily tasks include loading and unloading materials, setting up and maintaining a clean, safe work area, and using hand and power tools appropriately. The role also involves communicating with team members, following safety procedures, and helping ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards.

• Construction and remodeling experience, including basic carpentry, drywall, painting, and general building repair.
• Ability to safely operate common hand and power tools and follow job site safety protocols.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, standing, and working in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites in the Phoenix area.
• Good communication skills and basic problem-solving abilities.
• Prior remodeling or restoration experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
