Track critical milestones, review recovery plans, and escalate schedule risks to ensure timely project delivery.

Drive closure of design, construction, procurement, and commissioning issues by coordinating resolution among stakeholders.

Support commissioning and turnover activities, including IST, commissioning coordination, and operational readiness, while removing handover blockers.

Review TIAs, CORs, RFIs, and scope changes to assess their impact on project cost and schedule and support effective change management.

Reinforce a strong safety culture on site and ensure installations meet all specifications, standards, and quality expectations.
