** Document Controller - Data Center Construction

** Phoenix, AZ
** Pay Range:** $64.71 - $69.71/hour
** What's the Job?*
* + Maintain organized and traceable project records, including drawings, submittals, RFIs, reports, permits, closeout records, and turnover documentation throughout the construction lifecycle.
+ Administer and track technical submittals, shop drawings, product data, samples, RFIs, revisions, approvals, and outstanding actions.
+ Develop and maintain turnover and closeout documentation trackers while identifying documentation gaps and turnover risks.
+ Review, validate, and manage O&M manuals, as-built drawings, commissioning records, warranties, training records, and other turnover-critical documentation.
+ Perform quality-control reviews to ensure documentation is complete, accurate, properly classified, audit-ready, and compliant with project requirements.
** What's Needed?*
* + 5+ years of experience in Construction Document Control and Electronic Document Management Systems such as Procore, Project Sight, SharePoint, or Common Data Environments (CDEs).
+ 3+ years of experience managing turnover packages, O&M manuals, as-built drawings, commissioning records, warranties, training documentation, and closeout deliverables.
+ 3+ years of experience working with construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, change orders, document registers, and project trackers.
+ Strong Excel and document tracking capabilities with experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
+ Ability to interpret construction specifications, coordinate across multiple stakeholders, identify documentation gaps, and maintain revision/version control.
