Now, we’re looking for a Production Manager to bring creative leadership, organization, and fresh energy to our audio and video team. What You’ll Do- Run point on everything from radio shows to podcast episodes and You Tube content.
- Oversee production workflows, keeping everything polished, on-brand, and on schedule.
- Own end-to-end podcast operations - including scheduling, episode distribution, and promotion. Assist with editing and production when needed, ensuring timely release and professional quality.
- Coordinate across creative, marketing, and sales teams to hit deadlines and exceed goals.
- Lead weekly production meetings
- Maintain production calendars and workflows that keep us all sane.
- Track what’s working with our shows and videos and double down on it.
- Support advertiser goals with polished, professional content fast.
- Keep our production library organized and up-to-date.
- Monitor audio levels and video quality like a hawk.
- Stay ahead of trends and tools in content creation.
- 3+ years experience in radio, podcasting, or studio production.
- Skilled in Adobe Audition, Pro Tools, and publishing tools like Omny, Libsyn, or Megaphone.
- Detail-driven but creative and not afraid to lead.
- A great communicator who can juggle priorities and deadlines.
- You love media, tech, and the art of storytelling.
- Familiarity with radio automation systems like Westwood One.
- Experience with social media scheduling and podcast SEO.
