Daily Execution Excellence:- Meeting with clients to plan out their layouts, timeline, and other wedding/event details.
- Meeting with clients to finalize event details prior to wedding and/or event date, completing and communicating all necessary documents accurately and on-time
- Coordinating with all event vendors to ensure success of event.
- Managing event and ensuring level of standard quality is achieved.
- Exceeding company response standards when communicating with clients.
- Providing accurate quotes, contracts and follow-ups in accordance to company standards.
- Training and managing event interns.
- Posting to company social media pages.

- Organized individual with a high attention to detail
- Strong sense of care & loves to provide service to others
- Ability to lead, coach and motivate teams
- Able to build genuine relationships with others quickly
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of one year of management experience
- 1-2 years experience in wedding coordination/management
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required for this position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay:$48,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year, depending on experience
