OVERVIEW OF THE COMPANY
Fox TV Stations owns and operates 29 full power broadcast television stations in the U.S. These include stations located in 14 of the top 15 largest designated market areas, or DMAs, and duopolies in 11 DMAs, including the three largest DMAs (New York, Los Angeles and Chicago). Of these stations, 18 are affiliated with the FOX Network. In addition to distributing sports, entertainment and syndicated content, our television stations collectively produce approximately 1,200 hours of local news every week.
These stations leverage viewer, distributor and advertiser demand for the FOX Network’s national content.
FOX 10, Arizona’s preeminent source for news, is seeking a talented, passionate, creative, and collaborative weekend Anchor/Reporter to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities:
- Research, write and deliver compelling news stories to maintain viewer interest.
- Serve as an outstanding storyteller with strong interviewing skills and the ability to ad‑lib effectively live on broadcast and digital platforms.
- Work cohesively with producers, editors and photographers to create news stories & features.
- Develop and maintain a story source network.
- Make public appearances on behalf of the station.
- Work with social media to attract, inform and engage the audience.
Requirements:
- Four years college degree preferred.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a team environment within specific time constraints.
- Experience and proficiency with live news technology and newsroom computers.
- Local and national travel required.
- Weekends, holidays, and varied hours required.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive.

Pay range: $92,000.00‑ annually, dependent on education, skills, experience, and location. Eligible for medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits. Union represented employees will receive benefits in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
