Design Across Print & Digital
- Create high-quality creative assets across print and digital platforms.
- Develop signage, packaging, in-store collateral, merchandise, and promotional materials.
- Create digital assets for email, web, and social campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across multiple concepts, markets, and locations.
- Contribute to website updates and visual improvements across platforms.
- Collaborate on user design interface experience improvements and optimize campaign landing pages.
- Assist in aligning website images with broader brand and campaign strategy.
- Prep files and oversee print production processes (including frequent and high-volume production cycles)
- Coordinate with internal and external vendors to ensure quality, accuracy, and deadlines are being met.
- Maintain and optimize organized file systems and version control.
- Partner closely with marketing leadership, social, and web teams.
- Join photoshoots, campaign brainstorming sessions, and new concept development meetings.
- Be adaptable when priorities shift in an environment with continuous momentum.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, or a relevant field.
- 4-6+ years of graphic design experience with hospitality or multi-locational brands is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both designs in print and digital work.
- Advanced-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop is required).
- Experience in file mapping and preparing files for print production and managing internal and/or external vendor relationships.
- Working knowledge in web design principles and UIUX fundamentals.
- Comfortable receiving and implementing feedback in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
