On-Site Marketing - Arizona Financial Theater

Job Summary

Live Nation Entertainment is the world’s leading live entertainment company, operating Ticketmaster, Live Nation Concerts, and Live Nation Media & Sponsorship. We create strategic music marketing programs and promote thousands of shows and festivals worldwide.

• Escort and direct approved photographers and videographers to the approved area for each show.
• Create and post lively real‑time coverage of each event on the venue’s social media pages (Instagram Stories).
• Capture high‑quality phone clips as advised by the Onsite & Social Media Marketing Teams.
• Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay up to date with Instagram trends, features, and best practices.
• Work with the house photographer to ensure quality content is being captured.
• Collaborate across departments, including Premium Seating, the Ancillary Team, and Food & Beverage, to highlight specific venue offerings.
• Ensure signage, posters, banners, and digital displays are current and accurate.
• Assist with general venue responsibilities as determined by the General Manager on nights of shows.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
• Proven experience managing Instagram accounts (personal or professional).
• Music knowledge: event planning, concert, or sports marketing experience preferred.
• Creative, proactive with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve independently.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
