Position Title: Producer/Social Media Administrator (FRONT LINES)
Employment: Full-time, Salaried, Exempt
Location: Phoenix, AZ, Non-remote
Travel: 25%
Start Date: ASAP
Turning Point USA is a 501(c)(3) grassroots nonprofit dedicated to educating students about fiscal responsibility, free markets, and limited government.
About the PositionThe Media Department seeks an in-house Associate Producer/Social Media Admin for the ‘FRONT LINES’ brand.
- Write relevant news stories.
- Pitch story ideas to reporters.
- Create and copy edit social media content (daily IG reels, tweets, etc.).
- Book travel and coordinate logistics.
- Handle general administrative tasks.
- Research and pitch news stories to reporters.
- Coordinate daily content for X (Twitter), Instagram, You Tube, and Rumble.
- Write articles and copy for social media.
- Assist in video creation.
- Perform any additional tasks as needed.
- Creative writing skills.
- Well‑versed in current news/events and news research.
- Experience managing social media pages on multiple platforms.
- Familiar with TPUSA’s brand and its contributors.
- Passion for conservative ideals and principles.
- Positive and goal‑oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and initiative.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsive, demonstrating ethical and responsible behavior.
- Flexibility and eagerness to learn in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines without the need for constant supervision.
- Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned.
- Receives and applies feedback constructively to improve performance.
- Effectively reports updates and progress to leadership in a timely manner.
- Demonstrates the physical ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time, and safely lift up to 15 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to locations as needed.
- Video editing and graphic design skills.
- Familiar with the Frontlines brand.
- Previous administrative experience.

Employees are required to have a valid driver’s license, a reliable mode of transportation, and proof of insurance when applicable.
