Position Title: Producer/Social Media Administrator (FRONT LINES)

Employment: Full-time, Salaried, Exempt

Location: Phoenix, AZ, Non-remote

Travel: 25%

Start Date: ASAP

Turning Point USA is a 501(c)(3) grassroots nonprofit dedicated to educating students about fiscal responsibility, free markets, and limited government.

About the Position

The Media Department seeks an in-house Associate Producer/Social Media Admin for the ‘FRONT LINES’ brand.

  • Write relevant news stories.
  • Pitch story ideas to reporters.
  • Create and copy edit social media content (daily IG reels, tweets, etc.).
  • Book travel and coordinate logistics.
  • Handle general administrative tasks.
  • Research and pitch news stories to reporters.
  • Coordinate daily content for X (Twitter), Instagram, You Tube, and Rumble.
  • Write articles and copy for social media.
  • Assist in video creation.
  • Perform any additional tasks as needed.
Key Qualifications
  • Creative writing skills.
  • Well‑versed in current news/events and news research.
  • Experience managing social media pages on multiple platforms.
  • Familiar with TPUSA’s brand and its contributors.
  • Passion for conservative ideals and principles.
  • Positive and goal‑oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and initiative.
  • Reliable, punctual, and responsive, demonstrating ethical and responsible behavior.
  • Flexibility and eagerness to learn in a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines without the need for constant supervision.
  • Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned.
  • Receives and applies feedback constructively to improve performance.
  • Effectively reports updates and progress to leadership in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrates the physical ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time, and safely lift up to 15 lbs.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to locations as needed.
‘Wow’ Skills
  • Video editing and graphic design skills.
  • Familiar with the Frontlines brand.
  • Previous administrative experience.
