TGAE Group is hiring a detail-obsessed Video Editor to craft compelling, conversion-oriented video content for modern brands across paid media, social, web, and internal marketing channels. You will own the post-production process from raw footage to final export, shaping stories that strengthen brand authority, drive engagement, and support measurable campaign performance.
Requirements- 3+ years of professional video editing experience for digital-first brands, agencies, studios, or production teams
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro with solid working knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, and audio cleanup workflows
- Strong portfolio showcasing short-form ads, social media content, case studies, brand videos, and platform-native edits
- Excellent storytelling instincts with a sharp eye for pacing, hooks, continuity, captions, sound design, and audience retention
- Experience with color correction, basic motion graphics integration, multi-format exports, and asset organization
- Ability to manage multiple revisions, fast deadlines, and cross-functional feedback without losing polish or consistency
- Comfortable working in a fully remote team environment with strong communication, file management, and version control habits
- Edit short-form and long-form video content for paid campaigns, organic social, websites, client presentations, and brand storytelling initiatives
- Produce cutdowns, alternate versions, captions, aspect-ratio adaptations, and platform-specific exports for multi-channel distribution
- Enhance footage through sequencing, pacing, music selection, audio balancing, color correction, and light motion integration
- Collaborate with strategists, designers, copywriters, and account teams to ensure each deliverable aligns with creative briefs and campaign goals
- Organize footage, project files, templates, proxies, and final deliverables to support efficient production workflows
- Incorporate stakeholder and client feedback rapidly while maintaining editorial judgment and brand consistency
- Apply strict QA standards to ensure every final asset meets technical specs, accessibility expectations, and publishing requirements
