• Oversee on-air automation system
• Produce on location remote broadcasts
• Record readings
• Edit and record sound
• Write stories for the web
• Show knowledge of automation and production software
• Assist on-air talent in live situations and minor production
• Write sports stories
• Produce and post audio and video clips to social media
• Prepare daily show
• Manage show calendar
• Create, direct and strategize for station and show social media content
• Represent station at events
• Appear on air for features during the show

• Previous experience running a studio board for a live talk show
• Ability to edit audio and select best moments for social media
• Understand how to post to social media to engage target audience
• Experience booking guests
• Video editing experience (plus)
