Shinesty seeks a Paid Creative Producer to craft scroll-stopping paid content across video, stills, and ad formats. You’ll source UGC, direct shoots, and leverage AI tools while staying bold and playful, pushing brand boundaries as you test and learn.
You’ll collaborate with photographers, designers, and strategists to plan and produce campaigns, write scripts in Shinesty’s voice, manage creator relationships and budgets, and iterate on launches to improve performance.
