Junior Graphic Designer – Jars Cannabis – Phoenix, AZ
Responsibilities- Design daily deals graphics for emails, texts, and digital ads
- Manage and update digital screen content across retail locations
- Develop promotional visuals for in-store TVs, ATMs, and online platforms
- Collaborate with the marketing team to bring campaign ideas to life
- Minimum of 21 years old
- Eligible to obtain and hold a Facility Agent Card
- Strong design experience, preferably in the cannabis industry
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Ability to stand for long periods during events and lift 50+ lbs
- Effective project management, time management, and collaboration skills
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights or weekends when necessary
- Mentorship from seasoned design professionals
- Hands‑on experience across a variety of creative projects
