Part-Time Producer

ALLCITY Network enhances the experience of sports fans in every city, setting a new standard for local media while creating a genuine connection with the community. We believe that sports should be covered creatively, authentically and with the same passion of those we serve.

We are seeking a Part-Time Producer based in Phoenix that is looking to help us make being a sports fan more fun in the Valley. This role requires experience with Adobe Creative Suite, being able to create top level content for our digital platforms.

Purpose of the Job:

As a Producer you will be a member of an all star squad playing a crucial role in our production team. You’ll help produce and create for ALLCITY Network’s live broadcasts and digital platforms. This position is for those who are looking to build on their early experience in the sports media industry and grow from role player to key member of a team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Live Show Production:

• Work closely with talent and the production team to produce live-streamed content for a specific beat
• Communicate with assigned beat to help plan show and facilitate content

Content Creation:

• Create content and help others create by editing videos and producing graphics in the Adobe Suite
• Help ideate new content and bring ideas to life

Community and Brand Building:

• Help build and be a part of the community PHNX has created within Arizona sports
• Engage with the PHNX Diehards in our members-only discord
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the creative field, with a portfolio showcasing proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Understanding of live production workflows and the flexibility to adapt to changing production demands.
• Demonstrated creativity and ability to conceptualize content from inception to completion.
• Passion for sports and a deep interest in ALLCITY Network’s mission and content.
