We are seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UX research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and design systems, with the ability to collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders.

• Design intuitive and user-friendly web and mobile experiences.
• Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into effective UX solutions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems and UI component libraries.
• Create responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Work closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
• Identify usability issues and recommend improvements.
• Maintain consistency across applications, products, and digital platforms.
• Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, design reviews, and sprint planning.
• Maintain design documentation, specifications, and reusable design assets.

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
• Strong hands-on experience with Figma.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Strong knowledge of UX research and usability principles.
• Experience creating:
• User journeys
• User flows
• Wireframes
• Prototypes
• High-fidelity mockups
• Interaction designs
• Strong understanding of responsive and accessible design.
• Experience with design systems and reusable UI components.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and how designs are implemented by development teams.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility and WCAG principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UI/UX design work.

• Experience designing enterprise applications.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience with Design Thinking methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with React, Angular, or other front-end development teams.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
• Experience conducting A/B testing and analyzing user behavior.
• Experience working with complex data-heavy applications and dashboards.
• Bachelor s degree in Design, HCI, Human Factors, or a related field is preferred.
