Fox TV Stations FOX Television Stations (FTS) owns and operates 29 full power broadcast television stations, including stations in 14 of the top 15 markets and duopolies in 11. We're hiring a Senior Producer to join the team behind LiveNOW from FOX, FOX TV Stations' national live streaming news channel. LiveNOW brings viewers the most relevant and engaging live news coverage occurring right now across the country and the world. We are a team of passionate content creators seamlessly moving between the biggest live events and stories as they happen to keep our viewers informed.
LiveNOW is always raw, live, and unfiltered, with limited commentary and no opinion. As a Senior Producer, you will serve as an editorial leader for our team and take an active role in boosting the quality of our product while championing the LiveNOW mission. With your guidance, you will help take LiveNOW’s content to the next level! This position is based in LiveNOW’s West Coast newsroom located in Phoenix, Arizona.
- Take a hands-on role in producing relevant, timely, live coverage of breaking news and major news events for all digital platforms.
- Lead editorial decisions and ensure content meets editorial standards while staying on top of current news, events, and industry news.
- Monitor video feeds, social media, and other news gathering tools for fresh, live content and the latest information.
- Contribute to coverage plans of major stories and live events to drive viewer engagement.
- Support the development of other producers as you ensure a positive work environment and mentor them.
- Actively participate in training news staff on all technical, editorial, and presentation aspects of LiveNOW.
- Work closely with LiveNOW leadership to develop and adjust producer workflows as needed.
- Support LiveNOW’s efforts to cultivate relationships with key players at FTS O&O stations and other internal or external partners.
- 3-5 years of experience leading the planning and producing of live news content, including breaking news on digital, social, and broadcast platforms.
- BA/BS degree preferably in Journalism, Communications or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of technical aspects of digital news production, including live streaming and video publishing.
- Prior experience leading and developing, with a track record of taking ownership to successfully deliver key projects or initiatives.
- Superior news judgment, strong attention to detail, and impeccable organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment under deadline pressures.
- Proficient in social media, SEO, and various tools used for web-based news gathering, content creation, and digital analytics.
- Varied hours including regular weekend and evening shifts, and holidays as required.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $85,.00 annually.
