Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist guests promptly with professionalism and warmth

  • Obtain accurate customer and vehicle information

  • Clearly document vehicle concerns as described by the guest

  • Recommend maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and service history

  • Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for parts and labor

  • Establish realistic timelines and follow-up expectations

  • Monitor vehicle progress throughout the day and proactively update guests

  • Ensure final invoices accurately reflect all completed work

  • Review completed repairs and charges clearly and confidently with guests

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Previous experience at a Ford or Lincoln dealership preferred

  • Strong diagnostic and problem-identification skills

  • Solid knowledge of automotive systems and service processes

  • Proven history of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction

  • Prior experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager, or Service Consultant

  • High-energy, guest-focused personality

  • Desire for a long-term career with a growing luxury organization

  • Demonstrated personal and professional integrity

  • Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new technologies

  • Ability to adapt to evolving vehicle technologies and service procedures

  • Minimum of one year of experience in a service department

  • Ability to remain on feet for extended periods

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, premium service environment

  • Positive, professional, and friendly demeanor

  • High school diploma or equivalent
