Greet and assist guests promptly with professionalism and warmth
Obtain accurate customer and vehicle information
Clearly document vehicle concerns as described by the guest
Recommend maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and service history
Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for parts and labor
Establish realistic timelines and follow-up expectations
Monitor vehicle progress throughout the day and proactively update guests
Ensure final invoices accurately reflect all completed work
Review completed repairs and charges clearly and confidently with guests
Previous experience at a Ford or Lincoln dealership preferred
Strong diagnostic and problem-identification skills
Solid knowledge of automotive systems and service processes
Proven history of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
Prior experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager, or Service Consultant
High-energy, guest-focused personality
Desire for a long-term career with a growing luxury organization
Demonstrated personal and professional integrity
Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new technologies
Ability to adapt to evolving vehicle technologies and service procedures
Minimum of one year of experience in a service department
Ability to remain on feet for extended periods
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, premium service environment
Positive, professional, and friendly demeanor
High school diploma or equivalent
