Your main responsibilities will include managing communications, resolving inquiries, and providing insights about our products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries regarding accounts.
• Manage and update customer account information and records.
• Respond to customer emails, phone calls, and other communications in a timely manner.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with a solution-oriented approach.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and provide accurate product information.
• Monitor account activity and follow up on trends or discrepancies.

• High school diploma or equivalent required;
  Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a customer service or account management role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
