Description
The Global Support Team Representative will answer incoming tickets via email regarding the status of the equipment return. They will be creating RMAs, return shipping labels, and closing cases for all global customers (India and Brazil).

Skills & Qualifications
Must have excellent written communication skills. Strong customer service skills. Experience navigating multiple systems at a time. Experience creating RMAs and creating shipping and return labels is a huge plus!

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
