Greet guests, scan tickets upon entry, assist with seating and verify ticket authenticity;
Maintain venue safety, cleanliness, and overall presentability during events;
Resolve guest complaints and assist guests with special needs, including seating accommodations;
Guide guests to exits and provide emergency instructions as needed;
Participate in sustainability initiatives, including recycling and waste sorting, and assist with closing the venue after events
