Part-Time Passenger Service Agent; Vietnamese

Position: Part-Time Passenger Service Agent (Vietnamese Preferred)
Airport Terminal Services  - Up to $19.00/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service at the ticket counter and gate;
Handle reservations, preparation, and issuance of tickets and itineraries, and baggage handling including excess baggage charges;
Manage lost and found activities and baggage claims;
Meet aircraft at gate and coordinate with flight crew and ground staff to move passengers and baggage;
Follow safety, security, and airline procedures and prepare necessary flight documents and forms
