Pyramid Global Hospitality - - - Responsibilities:
Answer all reservations telephone calls and e-mails in a friendly manner, using clear English communication.;
Assist with group blocks including communicating with internal/external clients, inputting of reservations.;
Reviews pick up and inputting of reservations.;
Maintain suite reservation request process and inventory controls for all suites and other room accommodations.;
Review advance deposit reservations and make corrections as needed.
