• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.

• Assist customers with product-related questions and troubleshooting.
• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
