Position:
Customer Service - Worksite Representative (Contract-to-Hire)

Location:

2155 W Pinnacle Peak Road #100, Phoenix, AZ 85027

Type:
Onsite Training → Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote once proficient)

Training

Schedule:

7-8 weeks, 40 hours per week, 100% onsite

Hours:

Must be able to work any shift between 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM CT

Interview Process:
Potential 2 rounds (initial virtual, second onsite)

Tentative Hourly Rate: $20 per hour

Position Overview

The Worksite Representative serves as the first point of contact for policyholders, addressing inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and a strong customer‑focused approach. In this role, you will handle inbound calls, assist with claim intake, provide policy information, and support customers with troubleshooting self‑service tools. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, metrics-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Call Handling

+ Answer incoming calls and assist policyholders with insurance product information.

+ Respond to client questions regarding policy status, claims, billing, or service-related issues.

+ Perform claim intake and document information accurately according to departmental guidelines.

+ Help customers troubleshoot basic technical issues related to online or self‑service tools.

+ Transfer calls to appropriate sales teams when needed to support APV revenue growth.

Service Quality & Compliance

+ Consistently meet or exceed departmental KPIs including quality, handle time, after‑call work, and overall performance metrics.

+ Follow established guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Team Collaboration & Process Support

+ Support organizational improvements by providing feedback to leadership.

+ Participate in a high‑energy team environment and uphold the company's core values including empathy, ownership, and problem‑solving.

Flexibility & Additional Duties

+ Expected to work any shift that falls within the 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM CT operating window.

+ Willingly take on additional responsibilities as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

+ Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative (call center preferred).

+ Knowledge of insurance products or policy schedules is a plus.

+ Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Basic computer proficiency and experience with database systems.

+ Ability to remain calm in stressful situations and simplify complex policy information.

+ Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

+ Flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Education & Experience

+ 2-3 years of call center customer service experience required.

+ High School Diploma or equivalent required.
