Pay: $18–$20/hr + spiffs
Schedule:
- Seasonal
role with weekends required
. - Evening shift
: 3:30pm-12am (remote) - Mid-Day shift
: 12pm-8:30pm (hybrid) - Training
:
Training will be completed on site during normal business hours of 8am-4pm Monday - Friday

- Take inbound calls from new and existing customers and create lifelong ACE customers
- Make outbound calls to membership customers to schedule maintenance visits
- Communicate promotions, sales opportunities, and cross‑sell options
- Enter and update sensitive customer information accurately
- Provide general inbound customer service and support
- Previous customer service experience, especially inbound and outbound call handling
- Previous customer service experience in a trades environment (strongly preferred)
- Service Titan experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- A team‑first mindset with honesty, integrity, and a positive attitude
