Overview
Vaco has partnered with a fast‑paced, growing organization to fill a Customer Service & Collections Specialist role. This fully onsite position is ideal for someone who thrives in a high‑volume call‑center environment, enjoys helping customers, and can balance both service and collections responsibilities.
Compensation & BenefitsBase pay is $19.50 per hour with a monthly bonus opportunity. Eligible employees may receive discretionary bonuses and participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits, as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Answer questions and resolve account issues.
- Document customer interactions accurately.
- Educate customers on services and account options.
- Contact customers regarding past‑due balances.
- Set up payment plans and process payments.
- 1+ year of call center or customer service experience.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Detail‑oriented and organized.
- Able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
