Job Summary Provide excellent customer service to our VIP customers in the exclusive members-only 338 Club. Complete POS transactions; provide suggestions on firearms, ammunition and other products; and support our online booking system.

Responsibilities and Duties Range Traffic Control (30%) The incumbent is responsible for maintaining the orderly check-in of customers in and out of the range. This will include inbound phone calls and reservation coordination with the lanes; accurate accounting of the different forms of tender and ensuring customers entering the range have the proper safety equipment.

Customer Service (40%) Support customers for general questions about the range, pricing, basic offerings of the business. Assist VIP clients with scheduling range time, conference room use, catering, etc.

Administration (30%) The incumbent will be responsible for regular ammunition counts of range ammunition, class signups, memberships, social media marketing and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills Customer service experience required Point-of-Sale system experience preferred

Able to lift 50 pounds while standing

Able to stand for long periods of time

Able to use computer for long periods of time
