Do you have hospitality and customer service experience? Stay Sojo Furnished Living provides furnished corporate apartments nationwide and has a great opportunity for a Guest Services Attendant in Glendale, AZ.
In this position you will be delivering exceptional guest services to in‑house guests, conducting quality inspections of units between guests, and monitoring the property on a routine basis.
Schedule- Thursday – Overnight from 11PM to 7AM
- Saturday – Typically 10AM–6:30PM
- Sunday – (May vary) but typically 10AM–7PM
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1+ years of operations, housekeeping, and/or customer service experience in a similar field
- Exceptional customer service skills
- High emotional intelligence
- Genuine desire to help others
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to interact patient, tactfully, and diplomatically with internal and external guests
- Bilingual language skills are a plus
- Maintain a friendly and welcoming attitude toward guests
- Maintain professional relationships with guests, clients, vendors, and all staff
- During the overnight shift, ensure each guest has checked out with the Stay Sojo team member and collect signatures and keys from each guest
- Notify the appropriate party if a guest has misplaced keys
- Address guests’ service needs professionally, positively, and promptly
- Inspect units upon checkout for cleanliness and condition of furnishings between guests
- Supply units with additional guest supplies when necessary
- Monitor the property during listed coverage hours, including evenings and weekends, to ensure a quiet and peaceful environment for all residents
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as they arise, showing adaptability and openness to diverse tasks
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time; clear communication; normal vision; drive/transport self and others; travel on occasion for meetings; work long hours as required.
