What you'll do:
  • Represent in a professional manner via phone, email, and text message communication
  • Make 300+ outbound and inbound warm dials daily to identify clients' real‑estate transaction needs and provide superior service and resolution
  • Work in a collaborative team atmosphere and independently
  • Determine client needs through effective problem‑solving, listening, and questioning
  • Make successful connections between consumers and real‑estate professionals to move the business forward, increase operational efficiency, and break records
  • Provide scheduling flexibility, including late evening or weekend hours as required
  • Read and speak English fluently; additional language (e.g., Spanish) is a bonus

Working Conditions

Hours may vary: we are open from 7am through 11pm with possible weekend work. The position requires prolonged standing or sitting, repetitive hand and wrist motion, and use of phones, computers, copiers, and other office equipment.
