Responsibilities
- Operate registers and/or support self-checkout
- Assist customers with transactions, returns, and basic questions (as assigned)
- Maintain lane readiness: bags, receipt paper, cleanliness, and organization
- Follow cash handling and loss prevention practices
- Provide fast, friendly service and elevate issues when needed
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfort standing for extended periods
- Ability to work multiple shifts, including nights/weekends/holidays as needed
