Global Returns Technical Support Representative
Location:
100% Onsite – Desert Ridge (51 & 101), Phoenix, AZ.
Schedule:
7:00 am – 5:30 pm or 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Shift is 8 hours.
The Global Support Team Representative will answer incoming tickets via email regarding the status of equipment returns. The role includes creating RMAs, generating return shipping labels, and closing cases for all global customers (India and Brazil).
Qualifications- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience navigating multiple systems simultaneously
- Experience creating RMAs and shipping/return labels is a plus
Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.
Pay$19.00 - $19.00 per hour.
