Community Hospitality Manager

What You’ll Do

• Own the guest experience:
  You’ll manage the daily operations of your location, ensuring that every client and guest feels welcomed and supported from the moment they step through the door.
• Build meaningful connections:
  Form strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and providing outstanding service.
• Problem‑solve and take action:
  From resolving client concerns to addressing operational challenges, you’ll be the go‑to person for keeping things on track.
• Manage financials:
  Keep accurate financial records, including invoicing clients, and help us meet our revenue goals.
• Create a community:
  Plan and host engaging events that bring clients together, creating a welcoming and collaborative atmosphere.
• Support sales efforts:
  Partner with the Area Sales Manager to give tours, help convert prospects into clients, and contribute to our community’s growth.
• Hands‑on hospitality:
  Assist with the upkeep of the location, support event setups, and provide occasional remote operational support.

• Hospitality expert:
  You have at least 2 years of experience in hospitality, real estate, retail, or a similar industry where you’ve delivered exceptional customer service.

• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in property management, commercial real estate, or event management
• Base salary starting at $55,000 + opportunities for performance‑based bonuses

On Target Earnings (Base + Bonus) for Year 1 is $63K per annum
