Answer 50-70 incoming phone calls per day from customers and identify the type of assistance needed;
Ask appropriate questions and listen actively to identify issues while documenting information in computer systems;
Research complex issues across multiple databases and coordinate with support resources to resolve customer issues;
Schedule appointments for patients and enter/update demographics;
Engage in compassionate dialogue with callers and navigate systems to provide accurate information
