Role Overview

Join a growing mortgage servicing team as a Customer Service Representative in a modern, on-site contact center. You’ll support homeowners with questions about their mortgage, payments, and accounts while delivering a positive, helpful experience on every call.

This role is a mix of inbound and outbound calls, with a strong focus on accuracy, following process guidelines, and meeting service goals. It’s a great opportunity to build a long-term career in the mortgage industry.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Handle inbound calls about payments, escrow, website help, and account questions
  • Make outbound calls to remind customers about upcoming or recent payments
  • Assist customers with making payments over the phone when needed
  • Provide clear guidance and resolve issues during the first call whenever possible
  • Enter and update customer information accurately in internal systems
  • Follow call handling processes, escalation paths, and quality standards
  • Refer eligible customers for refinancing opportunities
  • Meet key performance goals such as customer satisfaction, quality, and schedule adherence
  • Use internal tools and share feedback to help improve systems
Pay, Schedule(REQUIRED AVAILABILITY) & Logistics
  • Pay: $19.50/hour ($20.50/hour for bilingual candidates)
  • Bonus: Up to $500/month based on attendance and performance (after 30 days on phones)
  • Schedule: Day shifts available after training (start times may vary between 8:00 AM–10:00 AM)
  • Training:
    • 3 weeks, fully on-site (Monday–Friday)
    • Attendance is required for all training days
  • Location: On-site in Ahwatukee, AZ
  • Start Date: June 23, 2026
  • Type: Contract-to-hire (6 months)
Requirements

Must-Have

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–3 years of recent Customer Service experience handling high call volume
  • Comfortable working with metrics (quality, call resolution, adherence, etc.)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $20.50/hr.
