As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll play a critical role in driving occupancy, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and bringing our communities to life
.
You will:
- Turn prospects into residents through engaging tours and relationship-building
- Deliver a hospitality-driven leasing experience
- Partner with residents and your team to maintain a best-in-class community
Leasing & Sales Excellence
- Welcome future residents and guide them through personalized community tours
- Understand needs and match prospects with the perfect apartment home
- Build strong pipelines through follow-up and relationship management
- Close leases and achieve top-tier conversion results
- Respond to calls, emails, and walk-ins with energy and professionalism
- Maintain accurate guest cards and track all leasing activity
- Ensure a seamless application, approval, and move-in experience
- Proactively engage residents prior to lease expiration
- Negotiate renewals and support retention strategies
- Help create a community that residents are excited to stay in and invite others to do the same
- Support social, local outreach, and marketing initiatives
- Build relationships with local businesses and preferred employers
- Assist with events, open houses, and resident experiences
- Ensure models, amenities, and tour paths are always show-ready
- Conduct inspections and submit service requests as needed
- Prepare leasing documents, files, and move-in materials
- Coordinate with maintenance and leadership teams
- Support resident services, events, and daily operations
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A passion for people, service, and community
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Active role requiring walking tours and light physical activity
