Our agency opened in 2018 and is a close-knit team of four built on experience, support, and strong relationships. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent five years in State Farm corporate and also worked as a team member, giving me a well-rounded understanding of the business. As a Customer Service Representative
- State Farm Agent Team Member, you will generate exceptional customer experiences, handle inquiries, coordinate with agency team members, and anticipate community needs. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries and contributing to internal growth opportunities.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Previous customer service experience preferred
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
