Hybrid Call Center Representative

In this role, you will support customers by helping them navigate early‑stage financial challenges while providing excellent service.

• Managing both inbound and outbound customer calls in a call center environment
• Working within an auto‑dialer system
• Handling early‑stage collections (1‑30 days past due)
• Averaging 80‑120+ calls per day
• Providing financial guidance and solutions to customers
• Supporting consumer loan and credit card accounts

• Training:
  Monday‒Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM MT (first week onsite)
• Post‑Training:
  Monday – Saturday (5‑day workweek)
  • 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM MT
  • 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM MT (varies seasonally)

• Hybrid model after training

The pay range for this position is $20.85 – $20.85/hr.
