Member Specialist

Position: (USA) Member Specialist

Maintains area of responsibility by handling returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages;
Provides member service by maintaining exit areas, reviewing member receipts, acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, assisting members with purchasing decisions, and locating merchandise;
Maintains self-checkout area, resolves member issues and concerns, promotes Sam's Club products and services, provides guidance on self-service technology, processes member purchases, and assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges;
Assists with securing Sam's Club assets and property by observing and communicating potential criminal activity, maintaining paperwork and logs, executing emergency response procedures, and ensuring compliance with security and safety practices;
Assists with training of Member Frontline Service associates on processes, teaching new technology and tool functionality, delivering program rollout training, and providing continuous learning and process improvement opportunities.
