Position Summary
The Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak is looking for a Part Time - Spa Aesthetician to join our amazing Tocasierra Spa Team!
Hours and ScheduleHours/shifts AM/PM including weekends and holidays.

- Perform all facial, cosmetic and hair removal services
- Stock supplies and maintain cleanliness of department
- Complete daily paperwork as needed
- Promote the Spa and Fitness Center
- Offer, Promote and Recommend products for customers to use at home and future treatments
- Must effectively read, write and understand English.
- Must be able to perform mathematical and statistical calculations.
- Ability to perform facial manipulations and extractions, cosmetic application, and hair removal. All of which may include heavy manual dexterity, reaching bending, standing and sitting for long periods of time.
- Must be able to carry 20 pounds of linens up.
- Must be able to make quick and accurate decisions
- Good verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand and follow directions and perform job functions under limited supervision.
- Ability to walk, stand, and/or bend continuously to perform essential job functions.
- Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, with guests and employees, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger and to collect accurate information and to resolve problems.
- Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.
- Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system.
Skills and Abilities
Must have the ability to communicate in English. Self-starting personality with an even disposition. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times. Can communicate well with guests. Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co- workers with their job duties and be a team player. Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy to defuse anger and collect accurate information and resolve conflicts.
Ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situations. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Guest Service and previous experience at a Resort or Day Spa preferred.
Arizona State Board Cosmetology License.
