We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our Power Equipment (PE) warehouse operations. The CSR serves as the primary liaison between customers, warehouse operations, and transportation providers to ensure timely processing of orders, inventory accuracy, and exceptional customer service.
Essential Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and ensure accurate order entry.
* Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
* Communicate with customers regarding order status, inventory availability, and shipment updates.
* Monitor and manage inventory transactions within warehouse management systems.
* Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies, inventory issues, and customer concerns.
* Prepare and maintain operational reports, spreadsheets, and documentation.
* Collaborate closely with warehouse associates, supervisors, and management to ensure service levels are achieved.
* Schedule appointments and coordinate transportation as needed.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation in company systems.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and process compliance.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED required.
* Previous customer service, logistics, warehouse, or supply chain experience preferred.
* Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
* Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), SAP, or similar systems is a plus.
