Call Front Desk Agent

Job Summary

We are seeking an On-Call Front Desk Agent to assist with ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk activities on an as-needed basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, checking guests in and out, answering phone calls, and handling inquiries to support the overall guest experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Flexibility to work on short notice and during varied shifts.

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accuracy in reservations and payment processing.
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Assist with resolving guest issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and lobby area.
• Follow check-in and check-out procedures according to company standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Adhere to all safety and security protocols.
