Job Description Introduction

We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to provide professional support and help create positive customer experiences. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy assisting others, solving problems, and building strong communication skills in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and service requests in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company procedures.
  • Assist with resolving customer concerns and escalating issues when appropriate.
  • Maintain professional and positive customer interactions.
  • Document customer communications and update records accurately.
  • Support daily customer service operations and team objectives.
