Position Summary

We’re building a world of health around every individual. You will serve as the face of CVS Health®, providing compassionate, customer‑obsessed support to members of our benefit plans, employers, doctors, hospitals, and other providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively listen, advocate for customers, and understand their needs.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently while documenting all interactions.
  • Educate customers about available resources and assist them in navigating options.
  • Anticipate customer needs and provide proactive solutions to enhance satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to address service issues and improve outcomes.
  • Document all customer correspondence and maintain confidential records of patient information.
  • Follow policies, procedures, and the CVS/Aetna Code of Conduct.
Performance Measures
  • Customer satisfaction with the service provided.
  • First‑time resolution of customer issues.
  • Quality and accuracy of interactions.
  • Adherence to the assigned schedule.
Compensation

Pay: $18.50 per hour. Typical range for this role: $17.00–$28.46 per hour.

Qualifications
  • 6+ months of customer service experience.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Willingness to work onsite at Phoenix – 4755 S. 44th Place.
  • High‑speed internet access with adherence to workplace model and potential telework agreements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ year of customer service in a contact center environment (calls, chats, or email).
  • 1+ year of claims, provider, dental, medical or related healthcare experience.
  • Microsoft Office experience.
